UK training of Ukraine’s pilots aimed at improving resilience post-conflict
The British defense secretary, Ben Wallace said that training Ukrainian pilots would likely be about improving “post-conflict”. During a press conference in Rome, UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said that Britain hasn’t said it is necessarily going to send fighter jets to Ukraine. The UK government said that it will being training Ukrainian pilots on NATO-standard fighter jets.

Nipah virus outbreak in India
India’s southern state of Kerala is currently facing an outbreak of the rare, but potentially serious Nipah virus with at least two deaths so far. Health officials have closed schools and offices in Kerala and hundreds of residents are being tested.
