Photographs published by the North Korean state newspaper Rodong Sinmun showed what appears to be vehicle-based missile launchers, with dozens of large green military trucks lined up in neat rows before Kim.

A military plane carrying Malawi’s vice president, Saulos Klaus Chilima and nine others has gone missing. Top military official Paul Valentino Phiri said that the airplane may have crashed in dense forest, but it has not yet been found.

Three people have died across Israel and the West Bank in terrorist attacks as violence in the region continues. Israeli and Italian officials said an Italian tourist, 30, was killed and five others were wounded in a Tel Aviv car ramming attack on Friday.
