Rescue teams in southern Turkey say they are still hearing voices from under the rubble more than a week after a devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake, offering a glimmer of hope of finding more survivors. According to state broadcaster TRT Haber, emergency workers saved a 35-year-old woman who was believed to have been buried for around 205 hours in the same region.

A man suspected of killing at least eight people in Serbia has been arrested following a massive manhunt, leaving the country reeling from its second mass shooting in just two days. The latest shooting happened late on Thursday night when an attacker opened fire in the village of Dubona, about 60 kilometers, about 37 miles southeast of the Serbian capital Belgrade.
