More than 400 people were detained in France during the riots that arose due to the massacre of a French policeman over a 17 year old teenager. Suicide bomber kills at least 6 people in Kabul
At least six people were killed and 12 others were wounded on March 27 when a suicide bomber blew himself up near the Foreign Ministry in the Afghan capital, Kabul. Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smaiylov on August 19 blamed the owners of a coal mine for a deadly fire that took the lives of four miners this week in Shakhtinsk, a city about 60 kilometers from Temirtau, central Kazakhstan.
